At Santa's Ice Castle, you can indulge in Christmas cookies, hot cocoa, and other treats hosted by local non-profits. Don’t leave the Ice Castle without getting your picture taken with Santa. Visit the Gingerbread House for Mrs. Claus’ Story Time every Thursday and Sunday, where we’ve got a delightful selection of decorated gingerbread houses.

‘Gilda’ the Crochet Ghost
Guest instructor Karen, also known as “Life is the berries,” will lead a step-by-step class on how to crochet this little ghost! The event will be held at Warm HeARTs Studio; light refreshments will be available and are included in the admission price. This class is meant to start your project and teach you the fundamentals of crocheting your ghost; you should expect to finish your project at home.

Athletix 5K Mutt Strut Run & Walk
Athletics Northeast, Ohio’s premier indoor training facility, is hosting its 2nd annual Mutt Strutt 5K run and walk on September 14th on September 14th located at Firestone Farm Town Center. The profits will benefit the Animal Charity of Ohio for those abused, neglected, and injured animals. The course will be run at Firestone Farm which serves a rich history in the Columbiana County community. The farm’s bends, winds, hills, and scenic views will be an enjoyable run and walk for all. Following the race there will be many offerings. Enjoy walking your dog, playing with the pups, NAPA Know How Car Show, food, music, games, and more! Financial donations make you a partner in supporting a charitable cause. In support of the Animal Charity of Ohio and associated event costs. New this year: Crushed Glass Mascots! Our Potter Pete kilns have been a huge hit for teachers in East Liverpool, and we have a Clipper project suitable for those right in Columbiana!

Finding Nemo Jr
SWTC's Summer Drama Camp for Elementary kids entering 1st—6th grade will perform Disney's Finding Nemo Jr., based on the animated classic we all know, and this delightful cast of talented kids who spent three weeks of their summer learning music, choreography, and teamwork while having loads of fun at the Columbiana Cultural Collective. Shows will be on Friday and Saturday (7/ 26 & 27) at 7 pm and Sunday (7/28) at 2 pm. Tickets are just $15 online or at the door.
Celebrating Seniors Health Fair
Celebrating Seniors, a community outreach of First Presbyterian, Columbiana, is hosting a health fair on July 25th from 11 - 2. The fair will be a chance for senior citizen-oriented businesses to interact with the 30-50 senior citizens who regularly participate in Celebrating Seniors programming. A free lunch will be served. E-Waste Recycle Drive
Columbiana Ford will be hosting an E-waste Recycle Drive on Monday July 22nd from 4-6pm where you can safely recycle your electronic waste! Electronic waste, or e-waste, is any electronic product that has reached the final phase of its life cycle and can not be used anymore. The world produces 50 million tons of electronic waste a year, becoming the world’s most quickly growing waste source.
